On this special episode of the #mensexpleasure podcast, I chat with David Dyke. David Dyke is a man on a mission. After experiencing the earth-shattering news of a prostate cancer diagnosis, David was then inspired to help other men in their own struggle by deciding to film the entire journey, as raw and honestly as possible. When David first learned he had prostate cancer, he soon realised there were not many people he could talk to about the realities of the disease and its treatment, especially the taboos like incontinence and erectile dysfunction. So we discussed these things and more together in Waugal Cave, also known as Rocky Bay Cave, in Cypress Hill, North Fremantle.
